I purchased a new Dell Latitude 7490 14 Inch Laptop, Intel Core i7 8650U 1.9Ghz, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB M.2 SSD, FHD 1080p. Mr. Nelson was very familiar with all the changes needed to be done in my laptop, so it will run faster, more efficiently and without all the unwanted advertising that come standard with a new laptop. He has excellent customer service skills, he explained step by step all the procedures that he was executing remotely in my laptop. I will recommend him without reserve.

Thanks to Rob's expertise and tenacity, we recovered 20+ years of data that I had lost access to because of a conversion that had rendered my data unreadable within a software product that is critical to my needs. I had been led to believe there was no way to go back following the unfortunate conversion. However, Rob was able to accomplish the impossible! My data has been restored in readable form thanks to him, and I am beyond relieved and completely delighted and grateful!
